Apple iPhone X and Samsung Galaxy Note 8 are possibly two of the most desirable phones coming out this year. Unfortunately, taking into consideration their prices, only a handful of people will be able to afford them.

Despite the fact that both phones work under completely different operating systems, which will possibly influence the decisions of future customers, in the table below we will try to compare them from a purely technical point of view.

It is worth remembering that both operating systems use hardware resources in different ways. That's why some generally worse parameters may be used by an operating system in a much better way, which can have a significant influence on the effectiveness of a device and its other parameters.

Phone X is a jubilee surprise presented by Apple today. This smartphone will probably be a representative of a new, most prestigious, line of the producer's cameras, just like Galaxy Note in Samsung. It is equipped with the newest technologies and it is to be the embodiment of Steve Jobs' dreams.

      1). Apple iPhone X
Apple iPhone X offers several new solutions. Just like the last Samsung model, this one also does not have the Home button and the headphone input.

The camera, as that's what we're interested in the most, unfortunately does not surprise us. Practically, it does not differ from the one used in 8 Plus model so we have two 12MP sensors. However, the 58mm model has a little better light - f/2.4. The stabilization module also works a bit differently. The two modules are stabilized simultaneously.

      2). iPhone X Camera
The camera is also equipped with the Portrait Lighting function which, with the use of two cameras, automatically creates a "mask" of a photographed person and enables one to simulate various lighting effects on them.

3). Portrait Lighting - Contour Light

4). Portrait Lighting - Stage Light

5). Portrait Lighting - Stage Light Mono
The front camera has undergone more changes. Now, this 7-Mp camera also supports the selfie mode.
The greatest novelty in the smartphone concerns the front camera and it is the possibility of unblocking it by looking into the front camera.
The camera with a huge number of detectors is to support augmented reality, which can be used with such useless functions, as Animoji (emoticon) which imitates our face expressions in real time... We hope that these detectors will be used in more ambitious solutions in the future.

      6). iPhone X Cameras & Sensors
Fortunately, this model has a great film-making mode, which has been used in the lower models - [email protected] and [email protected]

      7). iPhone X Rear Camera
The general specification does not differ much from the one offered by iPhone 8 Plus. We can also find the A11 Bionic processor (8-core), 3 GB of RAM memory and a possibility of quick charge via an inductive charger. We also get a greater effectiveness of the rechargeable battery, which is to enable work for 2 more hours than in the case of iPhone 7. The display is 5.8'' OLED Super Retina HD display.
Apple iPhone X will appear on the market at the end of November in two versions: 64 and 256GB, in cosmic prices -  $999 for 64GB and $1150 for 256GB.
