Fujifilm FinePix XP140 – a new version of a diverse compact camera with an improved construction targeted at the lovers of active recreation. In its latest version, the "indestructible" Fujifilm is more resistant than its predecessor in every respect. Its inside has also been made more modern and the ergonomics has been improved.
XP140 successfully takes photographs even at the depth of 25m. It is also resistant to dust and it endures falls from the height of 1.8m and it is not afraid of low and high temperatures – the camera can work in the temperature of up to -10°C. Compared to the older model, the body's ergonomics has been slightly improved. Now it is much easier to operate the camera with the use of one hand and the battery door has a double lock mechanism.

The camera has been equipped with the 16.4MP ½ 3" CMOS BSI sensor with the maximum ISO sensitivity of 12800 and a new image processor. We have a 5× optical zoom with image stabilization. This parameter can be increased to 10× thanks to the use of the intelligent digital zoom option. A small revolution also involves filmmaking – now the camera records films in 4K.
2). Fujifilm FinePix XP140
The improved "Automatic Scene Recognition" mode of XP140 is able to detect the type of scene and the main object of frame and, on the basis of the gathered data, optimize the settings in order to obtain a photograph with the most satisfactory features. "Eye Detection" automatically sets focus on the eyes of a person and various modes of trigger work give, for instance, a possibility of shutter release when the camera detects face or smile on the face of the photographed person. The camera has been equipped with 17 "Advanced filters", including "Rich & Fine" and "Monochrome (NIR)" – we will operate all of these through a new user interface equipped with live preview.
The wireless connectivity of Fujifilm XP140 takes place via Bluetooth. With the use of it, we can transfer files, synchronize the data concerning time and location of the taken photographs as well as use remote photography. In this case, the Fujifilm Camera Remote function will prove useful. We may also wirelessly send photographs to the Instax Share printer.
